Metro Modifications Terms of Service

1. Use of Services

Metro Modifications grants you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable license to use our products for their intended purpose. You may not: • Copy, redistribute, leak, share, or reupload our products. • Modify and redistribute our products without permission. • Remove Metro Modifications branding, ownership notices, or licensing information. • Use our products for commercial purposes unless explicitly authorized. • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass licensing systems. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of access.

1. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of Metro Modifications products and services, all sales are final. All refund requests are reviewed on a case by case basis and Metro Modifications reserves the right to approve or deny any request. Chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent refund claims made without first contacting Metro Modifications may result in permanent suspension from all Metro Modifications products, services, and community platforms.

1. Resale Policy

Metro Modifications products may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, rented, leased, shared, or transferred to any third party without prior written permission from Metro Modifications. Anyone wishing to resell a Metro Modifications product must first obtain approval from Metro Modifications. Approval may be subject to: • Licensing agreements. • Verification requirements. • Revenue sharing arrangements. • Administrative or reseller fees. Metro Modifications reserves the right to deny or revoke resale permissions at any time. Unauthorized resale may result in license termination, permanent bans, and legal action.

1. User Generated Content

By submitting content to Metro Modifications, you grant Metro Modifications a non exclusive, worldwide license to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute that content within our services and projects. You may not submit: • Copyrighted material you do not own or have permission to use. • Illegal, harmful, malicious, or offensive content.
